A Defined and Accountable Framework
The Italian Cane Corso Club GB (ICCGB) operates within a defined governance framework to ensure consistency, accountability, and responsible oversight across all areas of the breed within the United Kingdom.
The Club provides a structured approach to breed development, welfare, and standards, supporting the long-term integrity and stability of the Cane Corso.

A quorum is required for all formal meetings to ensure appropriate representation.

Where the conduct of any member is considered detrimental to the interests of the Club or the breed:
- The matter will be reviewed by the Committee
- A fair and proportionate process will be followed
- Individuals will be given the opportunity to respond
- Appropriate action may be taken, including suspension or termination of membership
This process ensures consistency, fairness, and the protection of the Club’s integrity.

This framework supports:
- Responsible breeding decisions

- All liabilities will be discharged prior to the distribution of any remaining assets
- A final statement of accounts and record of asset distribution will be prepared
- This information will be made available to relevant authorities where required
No assets shall be distributed to individual members.
The Officers and Committee will remain responsible for ensuring that the Club is wound up appropriately.
