ICCGB Committee

Our team consists of a group of people who all have a great deal of passion for, knowledge of and experience with the Cane Corso. Each member brings their own expertise to the Club and  work together to promote, preserve and protect the breed.

Chairperson

Maisie Goldsworthy

Maisie became involved in the Cane Corso in 2018 when she acquired one of her Cane Corso's from a protection dog company. Maisie's expertise lie in genetics and working dogs, having already been heavily involved in another breed and invested in working and showing her now retired kennel for nearly two decades. Maisie is deeply passionate for breed preservation, breeding programmes and education of the Cane Corso.

Alex Curtis

Ethics Officer

Alex is the ethics officer for ICCGB. She first came across the breed 7 years ago, when one of her clients had one who produced a litter, out of which Alex had her first corso Nero. As she is incredibly passionate about the breed, Alex wants to educate people on the best way to raise their dogs and bring out their best qualities. Alex has been on a training journey with both of her Cane Corso's and believes it has made her a better owner and handler. Alex is an avid dog enthusiast and GP dog handler.

Becks Duddridge

Canine Law Advisor

Becks is an experienced canine law advisor, and is someone with a strong interest in helping dog owners understand how to stay within the confines of the law when it comes to dog ownership. Becks is a fabulous advocate for ICCGB and her expertise ensures we deliver the most relevant information to our members and supporters. Becks is a very welcome member of the team.

Katie Proud

Club Advisor: Sports & Working Dogs

Katie is an experienced K9 handler, trainer and all-round dog enthusiast, working in both dog training and behaviour and security handling roles. Katie is our outside advisor, which means that Katie does not own the breed, but has an interest in working to preserve, protect and promote the breed. Katie's compay Rogue K9 has partnered with ICCGB and we are pleased to have her on board.

Natassa Stonebank

Social Media Officer

Tasha is our social media manager, and owner of club ambassador, Winston! As a breed enthusiast, Natassa works tirelessly to ensure that the breed is shown in its glory and as the magnificent animals they are. Natassa responds to social media comments and questions, so feel free to say 'Hi' during any of our live sessions.

Stacey Jackson

Stacey is the Vice Chair of ICCGB and the proud owner of Fausta and Zeke. She has grown up with big breeds (Rottweiler/GSD) and was first introduced to the Cane Corso when she met her partner Mike. She's a fan of country living, open fires and good Coffee! Stacey is passionate about creating a safe and secure future for the breed and works tirelessly in partnership with Maisie to support the club and it's members in preserving, protecting and promoting the breed.

Mike has been involved with Mastiff breeds since childhood, bringing home his first Cane Corso in 2003. Originally from the Netherlands, Mike now shares his home with Fausta and Zeke. Professionally, Mike brings a disciplined approach to his role, ensuring the club’s administration and finances are managed with complete transparency. Mike is passionate about the welfare of the breed and is committed to building a community that prioritises the health and security of the breed into the future.

Katie Chesworth

Katie is a proud owner of two Cane Corsos, Wilbs and Win. She has always been drawn to big dogs, growing up with them and admiring breeds like Rottweilers and Dobermans. Dogs were never just a phase for Katie, they’ve always been a passion. Katie always advocates for this breed, using her own experiences to educate, support, and encourage responsible ownership. Katie says "Wilbs and Win have taught me more than I ever expected, there’s been hurdles, sacrifices, and lifestyle changes but I wouldn’t change it!"
